Legal & Compliance

Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Atlas Brands International. These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our website and outline the binding operational agreements for our sourcing, manufacturing, and supply chain management services.

By engaging Atlas Brands International for production or consulting services, you agree to be bound by these terms, which are tailored to the standards of commercial fashion manufacturing within the UK and European jurisdictions.

1. Applicability & Scope of Services

These terms apply to all B2B contracts, purchase orders, and service agreements between Atlas Brands International (“we,” “us,” or “the Company”) and the client (“you” or “the Client”). Our services include, but are not limited to, material sourcing, technical pack development, prototype sampling, and bulk apparel production management.

2. Orders, Minimums, and Sample Approval

  • Minimum Order Quantities (MOQs): All bulk production runs are subject to factory-specific MOQs, which will be explicitly stated in your commercial invoice or production contract.
  • Sample Approval (Golden Sample): Bulk manufacturing will strictly not commence until a physical prototype (the “Golden Sample”) has been formally approved in writing by the Client.
  • Binding Standard: The approved Golden Sample serves as the definitive standard for all bulk production. Any requests for modifications after approval will incur additional sampling fees and may delay the final delivery timeline.

3. Pricing and Payment Terms

Due to the capital-intensive nature of garment manufacturing, we adhere to strict financial milestones:

  • Quoting: All quotes are valid for 30 days and are subject to fluctuations in raw material costs and currency exchange rates.
  • Deposit: A non-refundable deposit (typically 50% of the total purchase order) is required to secure raw materials and reserve factory production line capacity.
  • Balance: The final balance, plus any applicable shipping and duties, must be cleared in full before the final goods are released from our facilities for shipment.

4. Production Lead Times & Delivery

While we leverage our robust European supply chain to expedite delivery, all production timelines provided are estimates. Atlas Brands International is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our direct control (Force Majeure), including but not limited to raw material shortages, customs holds, or global shipping disruptions.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

We respect the creative equity of our clients. All original designs, tech packs, brand assets, and proprietary concepts provided by the Client remain the exclusive intellectual property of the Client. Atlas Brands International claims no ownership over your designs and guarantees they will only be used for the express purpose of executing your production orders.

6. Quality Control & Manufacturing Tolerances

Our facilities adhere strictly to ISO-compliant quality assurance frameworks. However, standard industry manufacturing tolerances apply. Minor variations in fabric dye lots (up to a 5% shade variance) and sizing measurements (within an acceptable grade tolerance of +/- 1.5 cm) are considered normal commercial standard and do not constitute defective merchandise.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or related manufacturing contracts shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of London, United Kingdom.
